Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival
Arrival at the international airport of Cancun. There our staff received will meet you and bring you to your hotel. After a leisurely dinner, you will receive a brief introduction to the attractions of the area, the culture and traditions of Mexico as well as a summary of the forthcoming tour --- routes / roads, rules, support assistance, food, accommodation and entertainment.
Day 2: ( 32 km bike ride)
Cancun - Isla Mujeres - Cancun
After a hearty breakfast you will enjoy the ride on the ferry to Isla Mujeres. Arrive in Isla Mujeres, cycle around the island, before entering a part of the second largest reef in the world where you can snorkel. After snorkeling and a great lunch, cycle back to the ferry and finally take the ferry back to Cancun. From there you can return to your hotel.
Day 3: (35 km bike ride)
Tulum - Sian ka'an - Tulum
Breakfast at hotel. The minibus takes you to Tulum to visit this unique archaeological site, surrounded by ancient ruins and a magnificent view over the Caribbean sea. From Tulum you cycle for Sian Ka'an. In this Biosphere Reserve you will have the chance to go kayaking and learn about local ecological technologies. From a 15 meter high control tower you can enjoy a magnificent view over all the reserve. After lunch in the reserve, you will cycle back to your hotel in Los Lirios, near Tulum on the Caribbean sea. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 4: (64 km bike ride)
Tulum - Coba
Today we bike to Coba. On the way we will pause in the stunning crystal waters of the Gran Cenote to snorkel. Lunch at any restaurant in Coba, the restaurant selection is listed on the day schedule .
In the afternoon we visit the famous archaeological site of Coba. Dinner at the Club Med. Upon request we offer you a night hike to see crocodiles in the lagoon.
Day 5: (61 km bike ride)
Coba - Valladolid
Upon request we offer you today a hike with bird watching in Coba. From Coba city we go the colonial city of Valladolid. On the way there you will come across several Maya villages. Even today you can cool off in a Cenote. Finally we reach our hotel Meson del Marques in Valladolid, which is located on the main square. In the afternoon, you can take a city tour and discover the magnificent wall paintings, the Museum of Valladolid, the church and the environment of this colonial city.
Day 6: (61 km bike ride)
Valladolid - Chichen Itza
After breakfast, a bike ride from the colonial city of Valladolid on the most important archaeological site of the Maya, Chichen Itza. Pass through unique Maya villages and impressive churches. In the afternoon visit Chichen Itzas archaeological site. Overnight at the Club Med at Chichen. Upon request we offer you a light dinner and Tonshow at Chichen Itza.
Day 7:
Xcaret - Puerto Morelos
Breakfast at hotel. Today we go to Xcaret, "ESS-CAR-RET ', a' arco-eco" park, where you will spend the whole day. This park is fun for its water attractions and its well-known entertainment. Highlights include two rivers, one of which is connected with an underground passage to the bird house, butterfly and mushroom farms, an aquarium, the turtle breeding, and extensive entertainment outdoors. The evening entertainment is included in the entry fee. What you should not miss is the the fabulous, popular Xcaret night show in the amphitheater from 19:00 clock to 21:00 clock.
Day 8:(20 km bike ride)
Transfer to the Cancun International Airport or own onward journey.
