Day 1: Arrival in Cancún

We organize a transfer for you from the airport in Cancún to your Hotel Playa del Carmen by H-n-A.

Day 2: Playa del Carmen - Punta Laguna - Cobá

Today you’ll start your day with a ride to the nature reserve of Punta Laguna. We strongly advise you to follow your tour guide's instructions due to the fact that it is a nature reserve. You can take a long walk searching for monkeys, turtles or water birds, enjoy a nice laguna-bath and/or take a canoe ride. In the afternoon, we will explore the archeology of the Cobá ruins, also known as the “site of the wind-crinkled water”. This used to be one of the most important Maya-centres in North-East Yucatan. Overnight stay at the hotel Villas Arqueológicas Cobá.

Day 3: Cobá - Valladolid - Hacienda San Miguel

From Cobá we will be travelling to Valladolid. After a city tour we will continue to Hacienda San Miguel. In the afternoon we’ll visit small Mayan-villages in the area and simply enjoy our stay at the Hacienda. Overnight stay at Hacienda San Miguel.

Day 4: Hacienda San Miguel - Chichén Itzá - Yaxuna

Today we’ll go off to explore two beautiful and quite old Mayan sites. Chichén Itzá is an UNESCO-world culture heritage site. The central pyramid of this site is one of the most exciting, as well as, most popular buildings of this Mayan site. After a detailed tour, we’ll see another Mayan site called Yaxuna. In the evening, we’ll visit the Sound and Light Show of Chichén Itzá. Overnight stay at the Hotel Dolores Alba Chichén

Day 5: Chichén Itzá - Mérida

Let’s drive to Mérida. Spend a memorial day at this beautiful city, which is also known as “The White City”, regarding the fact that most buildings are made of white chalkstone. Spend the night in Hotel Trinidad.

Day 6: Mérida - Celestún - Mérida
Today we’ll go to the Gulf of Mexico, Celestún. In this nature reserve we’ll observe flamingos during a boat ride and many other animals. In the afternoon you’ll spend a nice day at the beach before we go back to Mérida. Overnight stay at Hotel Trinidad.

Day 7: Mérida - Uxmal
Drive to the ruins of Uxmal. This tour leads you through archeological highlights such as the pyramid of the fortune teller, the nuns-square and the governor’s palace. In the evening, we will visit the Sound and Light Show. Overnight at the hotel Villas Arqueológicas Uxmal.

Day 8: Oxkutzcab - Chichancanab - Tulúm

In the morning, we will visit the market of Oxkutzkab. This colorful market will fascinate you. Afterwards we’ll be hiking along the Chichancanab-Lagune. You will have enough time for a refreshing bath during this tour. Afterwards we’ll keep on to Tulúm and stay at Cabañas in Tulúm.

Day 9: Tulúm - Playa del Carmen

Visit the ruins of Tulúm. First, we’ll see an exclusive archeological site, which – surrounded by walls – offers you an amazing view above the Caribbean Ocean. We will then return to Playa Del Carmen.
